Free Shipping  -  We offer free Standard Mail 2 -  8 business days shipping on orders over $150.

Expedited Shipping Fees - We also offer expedited shipping at the following time frames :

  • Standard Mail 2 - 8 business days

  • Priority Mail 1 - 3 business days 

  • Priority Mail express Next - day to - 2 day Guarantee by 6 PM

  • Order over $150 - free shipping  - Standard Mail 2 -  6 business days 

 

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.​

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free free shipping  - Standard Mail 2 -  6 business days shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restriction in relation to some international deliveries and may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Return & Refund Policy - Last updated February 02, 2022

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund : item price + tax paid ( not shipping included, due to the fact return label was provided by us ) , store credit, or an exchange. Email us:  info@moovstore.shop saying the reason for returning the item, and we will email a return label. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns  -  All returns must be postmarked within Thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. 

Return Process  -  To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, Place/glue return label provided by us on top of the original packaging and ship package back to us.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

​

Refunds - After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-3 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. we will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions  - For defective or damage products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE

  • To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them. ( New with tags items must be returned with original tags attached.

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.
